Salem Chamber of Commerce
Salem is located in North Central Arkansas on the east-west U.S. Highway 62/412. It is the county seat of Fulton County. Salem and Fulton County are a sportsman's paradise.
The Chamber Banquet was held on Thursday, October 26th. The Business of the Year is Salem Auto Supply, the Volunteers of the Year are Mayor Daniel Busch and Judge Darrell Zimmer, and the Educator of the Year is Kim Smith-Harber. (pictures below)
Food Truck Friday was a huge success. Gigi's Cupcakes sold out of 500 cupcakes in under two hours and the food trucks all sold out by 8 p.m. We hope everyone enjoyed it and look forward to doing it again in the spring.
There will be no November Chamber meeting due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
November 17th there will be local businesses around Salem will be open late so that people can shop late and shop local! Come into Salem and see what we have to offer!
The Annual Soup and Chili Luncheon and Salem Christmas Parade will be held Monday, December 5th. Information below.
The chamber has extended the deadline on the Fulton County Homecoming Quilt Raffle. The quilt is at the Fulton County Treasurers Office. Tickets are available at Bank of Salem, FNBC, Fulton County Clerks and Treasurers Offices, NAEC, and Salem Senior Center for $1 each or 6 for $5.
